Mr Plemmons has been friendly, polite, and respectful in every interaction we've had - he towed one of my vehicles after it was involved in a collision, and I've found him very flexible and easy to work with. He's answered every call, every question, and he's been friendly and open - his pricing is fair and what I expected, and he's been very upfront about everything - there haven't been any games or shadiness. I appreciate his business practices and way of doing things

We had our car towed here so we could go get our drivers license fixed and switched to a different state it was a big mess when we got the car back there were items missing from our car brand news bags etc and gas was missing and the drivers seat has been moved I believe someone had been using it and driving it horrible place don't have your car taken here.
