This was my first time coming to this medical spa, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! There was a slight mishap/misunderstanding with the service that I was coming in, however, Ms.Megumi checked me out with the price that I was originally booked for. She was also so informative about what I should do for my skin (acne prone) and products that are easy for my busy work schedule. It was super nice of her! I came in to see Joan today for the first time and had a lovely experience. She’s warm, professional, and takes the time to explain everything, which immediately put me at ease. The space is clean and welcoming, and I felt well cared for throughout the appointment. It’s too soon to see the full results, but so far I’m very happy with how everything was handled.
