Geo & Daisy along with the gentlemen dispatched to our home were wonderful. Informative, prompt and made us feel comfortable about the situation. We had to switch to an expedited test last minute to get results next day and they were able to accommodate! We highly recommend JLM!
JLM was very competent and thoughtful in their work collecting swabs needed for our inspection. Alexis explained his findings really clearly and the whole team was very communicative and reachable by phone. We needed results expedited and had a couple specific requests that they made happen for us on a short timeline. Really grateful to Aaron and Gio!!!
I don’t think mold inspection is on anyone’s fun to do list but when I called.. CiCi’s charming voice transported me to an exotic realm. I actually thought she was AI for like 20 seconds she sounds so .. perfect ! Anyway, the inspector who came to take samples was clear about what he was doing and the samples he was taking. I am satisfied with the whole process.
