I called JLK Mechanical after I noticed frost on my unit. I asked them if I could transfer a warranty I had because I was unhappy with the company I had previously been working with. I called and right away, a friendly voice answered the phone. I'm assuming it was the owner since I called as soon as they opened. He answered my questions and was even able to fit me in the same day. Our technician arrived and took his time looking over our system. He was also very patient, answering questions I had. He even gave us tips on the kind of air filters we should be using ( the more expensive, isn't always better). JLK caught issues that should have been taken care of when the other company came out in April for a routine service check (this was June). I'm so glad I contacted JLK and it's been a pleasure doing business with them. In need of an HVAC company? Please give these guys a call.
