Came to JLF Wellness to get my blood drawn because I was having some concerns about my health and diet issues. Everyone was very professional, and the physician did a great job of making me feel comfortable and explaining the process. I was scared because I’m usually a “hard poke” but the nurse had no trouble and it was completely painless. Professional, clean, friendly, and fast. I would definitely recommend the office to anyone.
My experience with this primary care physician was disappointing. Communication was poor, and even routine prescription refills required repeated follow-ups. When I voiced concerns, I was redirected to the contract I’d signed instead of having my issues addressed. The practice often felt more like a business focused on policies than a place centered on patient care. Switching providers was also handled unprofessionally, making the process unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend this provider.
