Horrible experience all around. They messed up my return badly and I had to pay someone else to fix it. They refused to help or give me a refund for THEIR mistake. They wanted me to pay more money to even answer a question! Zero stars!!! The *** sent me a letter stating they thought it was a fraudulent return because they didn't include the deducted amount I paid the prior year. Which I clearly stated in emails and it was on my return. Do not trust them with your return it caused a huge headache!!!

I would strongly advise against hiring Jonathan D******** (owner of JLD Tax & Accounting) for your tax matters. We hired Jonathan to complete our 2018 taxes and he made an enormous mistake when filing our extension and calculating our estimated taxes due. He miscalculated our estimated taxes due by $47,500. He has refused to provide us a full refund and fully cover the IRS interest charges and penalty fees which we’ll now be facing due to this mistake.
