Great property management company—reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. They make living here stress-free. Highly recommend!
Nice not well kept building. My apartment is infested with mold. Strong disgusting odors come into my apartment from other apartments via the kitchen and bath exhaust fans. Managements solution is the cover the exhaust fans with tin foil not fix the real problem. All my fellow tenants are great with the exception of the tenant above me playing loud music at 4:30 in the morning. The apartments are apparently infested with mold. Maintenance and management is clueless about what's going on. I have lived here over 3 years and it has gotten worse to the point where I can't turn on the heat because it reeks in here. Causing bloody noses and breathing issues for my kids only to name a few of the issues. I wanted to add pictures of what it looked like under the kitchen sink when I moved in and the moldy plywood they put in the window but I can't find the option to add photos.
