I have tried numerous times to be heard about issues at their one property and have gotten ignored Fayette Acres looks terrible anymore it's unkept the laundry room trash can is overflowing nobody cleans it people feed the outside stray cats so they poop in the mulch and puke up hair balls on porches repairs get ignored my shed gets rain from weather due to the condition claim they don't have the funds to repair it developed mold inside and destroyed some of my things certain tenants do whatever they want others get write up... read more
