The apartments are apparently infested with mold. Maintenance and management is clueless about what's going on. I have lived here over 3 years and it has gotten worse to the point where I can't turn on the heat because it reeks in here. Causing bloody noses and breathing issues for my kids only to name a few of the issues. I wanted to add pictures of what it looked like under the kitchen sink when I moved in and the moldy plywood they put in the window but I can't find the option to add photos.
Nice well kept building. All my fellow tenants are great with the exception of the tenant above me playing loud music at 4:30 in the morning. Have made 6 different noise complaints with the apartment manager and nothing had been done. I filed a written noise complaint with the Meyersdale Police Dept. Doing that resolved the noise from the tenant above me. JLD management also contacted me concerning this complaint after reading this review. My husband and I love living here at Edgewood Apartments! We're on our 14th year here! The Country Settings so beautiful! Quiet and Peaceful! Our neighbors are very friendly and we help each other and share! We're very Greatful for how their maintaining the Appartment Complex! Their upgrading everything! We appreciate how the Maintenance Staff has kept up with all the work orders! Their very efficient! We have a beautiful Parking lot completely Repaved! It was in dire need! They've done a great job! Former tenant speaking , we lived at the apartments in Greencastle PA . We enjoyed our time as tenants there . The prices were the most reasonable we could find . The place was clean . They’re super responsive if there is ever a problem . My only complaint is they could never do something about the neighbors smoking in their apartment .
