I appreciate that Management allows the tenant to freely use decorations and wall hangings around the apartment. It makes it feel like home instead of just rented space. Also if something needs replaced such as a hot water tank and appliances it gets down quickly. Help with getting things set up within the apartment such as installing window air conditioners, this type of assistance is readily available too.
I have lived at Strathmeade Square Apartments for 16 years and nany property managers come and go. I am now seeing major improvements since the current manager Liz has taken over the property. She has been the reason for the improved Maintenance in the Buildings and Apartments and the grounds. She has had the landscaping of the property redone and finally being taken care of during the spring, summer and fall seasons and the upkeep in the Winter weather has been much improved over previous years. Great place to live. We never have issues, and always get quick responses from the landlord Liz. She really cares about the wants and needs of all the tenants. If you want a peaceful place to live close to everything you need, then these apartments are a great choice.
If I could give 0 I would solely based off Liz who gave an approval for an apartment and I quote ” I’ll get back to you with a move in date by the end of April” and never did then proceeded to post 2 rentals when we were on the waiting list. This company is an actual joke and so is the woman they have managing it.
