The company doesn’t like to return their phone calls. We had all new windows installed in our home less than 2 years ago and have 2 defective windows. Trying to get them to come out and replace them under warranty. No answer. Do not use.
I have left phone messages, text message and an inquiry through the BBB website with absolutely no response whatsoever. I am looking for someone to help with a carport that is sagging and is in need of rebuilding/repair. Tim did help years ago with patio posts and repair and I was pleased with his work but am disappointed that he has not responded in any way. They were absolutely wonderful, from quote to installation to follow up. Love my windows, and they also designed a shade system for my atrium. My electric bill has decreased an average of 15% over the 9 months since installation. Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend JLC!
