Scarlet appeared to be accommodating but the home that we bought was left in a mess. The trash was left out in the yard. The grass was not cut. The home was dirty. The garage was filthy. She just came and took her yard sign out of the property after we moved in without even talking to us. She was the seller’s agent. The tiles were broken which resulted in dealing with an unprofessional contractor recommended by her seller.
