Please save your time and money. Everyone at JLA is unprofessional. I attempted to reach out to the CEO/President James to have my problem resolved, but instead I was pushed off to an employee (Heather) who has given me nothing but attitude and excuses as to why a repair isn't fixed. I am now going on eight months waiting on a repair. I am very disappointed with the way things are handled. Communication is key! Please JLA help me help you with keeping your rental property looking flawless.
