Justin is NOT prompt, he lacks communication skills, his work is ok to sub par for being what he calls a professional. Since he got a real job jl services has taking a backseat and at times he's not very professional. He does not stand by his work or make it right when there is an issue from his workmanship, but says customer service is a priority. I would not recommend Justin or his services. He's very cocky and arrogant and thinks he knows it all, his word means nothing and his workmanship is very questionable.

Shared behind the scenes details of how he deceives his customers to get the most money out of them, how he is soon going to upcharge his customers for using a metal detector to find cast iron piping. Justin replaced our water heater and water softener. He did an excellent job and we will definitely call him the next time we have any plumbing projects.

Justin has done multiple handyman projects for us at our home - both emergency and regular, and we have referred him to numerous friends and family. He is responsive, gives estimate upfront and is fair in pricing. He is reliable and talented at figuring out how to get things done right! He has helped us save money and prevent further damage or maintenance issues over the past several years.
