We were misled by this roofing company during the early stages of getting our roof replaced. After agreeing to all the terms, the owner suddenly decided not to move forward with the project, citing the inability to accept payments via Zelle or any other secure method, as well as the fact that we live out of town and she couldn't meet us in person. JL Roofing is AMAZING to work with! The crew was very professional, expedient and thorough. Jose and Letty are honest partners who handled so much for us directly w/ insurance and they were very patient while payment issues from insurance were being ironed out.
