What a phony. This guy gives you a quote, promises 3 time to show, and doesn't show. His last text said "OK I am ready to do your work for sure no problem let me know if you're still interested because I am". I text back and NO ANSWER! Surprise. And this is when HE's interested. What a time-wasting scumbag of a business.
