They left me hanging, left without finishing the job. I had to call another plumbing co., to do what J&L couldn't do. J&L came to clear a clogged drain. Said I needed a clear out. Next day J&L same guy came back + one. Used camera saw blockage and installed a clearout in backyard. Used the clearout still didn't work. Then, tried and tried the snake in the toilet. They scraped the porcelain, black wide scratches. They pulled the toilet off, that didn't work. Then they stopped, charged me, left to move on to their next job. Le... read more
They were the only ones that didn’t have a crazy price. It was so last minute and they still came the next day. When they arrived, they had their masks on and kept a safe distance. Very professional. I will continue to use this company for all plumbing needs. Thank you J&L
