I use to feel comfortable going to this business not anymore. When the technician started my nails she said “ your nails are too long”. “You’re going to have to pay $15 extra dollars” “you okay with that”. I said no I’m not okay. I have been coming to JL Nails since their grand opening. Most of the time I was satisfied. I was upset that they waited to start my nails to say I was going to have to pay extra. Such an amazing experience with JL Nails! They are so precise with the nail art, taking their time with each nail! The lemons came out beautifully! I can't wait to show them off!

Technician was rude and did a rushed and sloppy job on my nail dip. Staff doesn’t acknowledge you until check out time when they loudly ask for a cash tip. I liked this place when they first opened, but they’ve gone downhill since.

LOVE THIS PLACE I’ve been getting my nails done with JL for about 4 months and my nails always come out beautiful every single service! I love how throughly their work is. The color, shaping and designs are always impeccable! Everyone there is super nice and welcoming! Amazing ambience and service. I also included my 2 weeks nails! Great retention and still looks beautiful.
