I thought this property management was great at first, then when I moved out, they took almost my entire deposit, although I left the house in near perfect condition. I paid a professional carpet cleaner, paid a professional move out cleaner, and triple checked the house to ensure things were left good. I have a good rental history and always leave places clean! I’ve had an excellent experience renting through J and L Property Management over the past several years. They are highly detail-oriented, ensuring each rental is in pristine condition and completely move-in ready. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and with care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management company.
Update: 5 years later and I became a landlord with now two properties. I'll never work with J&L Moore because of the way they handled me as a renter. From 2016: As a renter: They were good unless you needed something fixed. When we had issues like the dyer needing to be worked on or the dishwasher making loud noises, they were good about coming over within a few days, but if they weren't able to fix it the first trip it was a pain to get them back.
