As a renter: They were good unless you needed something fixed. When we had issues like the dyer needing to be worked on or the dishwasher making loud noises, they were good about coming over within a few days, but if they weren't able to fix it the first trip it was a pain to get them back. I always asked if they wanted to set a time to come back but the guy always said "No, I'll call you". Weeks went by and I had to submit a request through their online management website to get him back over since they never seem to answer... read more
Worst ethics ever! From the maintenance man eating my son’s dino nuggets off the counter to the caulking over moldy floors that were rotting: 0/10 do not recommend. You didn’t even need any more chicken nuggets, work on your self-control weirdo.
