He's busy but he does a great job. He honors his bids. His pricing is very competitive. One con would be that he doesn't like to take credit cards but he will take checks, debit, and real paper money.

We got a new furnace and AC unit from JL. They were prompt and did great work. The pricing was good and easy to understand. We liked how they explained not only the technical features, but also how those would keep our house comfy all year. They also helped set up all the documentation for rebates from the gas and electric companies, which we didn't know about. The rebate incentives were a nice surprise. Thanks!

James was awesome. Responsive and very professional and he knows his stuff. He has completed two jobs for me. He replaced my AC Unit and also repaired my furnace. I’ll keep calling JL every time. I don’t need to call anyone else because I know I’m going to get the job done right and at a good value.
