I have used JL Mechanical several times and they truly never disappoint. Robert came out tonight and saved my life! Lol. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and down right awesome! This is exactly why I’m a repeat customer and only trust my heating and air to Justin and his crew!
Update: July 2025: I had them come out 2 times to diagnose a short cycle freezing problem. Once in 2024 and again in 2025. After several voicemails for a 24 hour business I would get calls back as far out as 5 days after my message was left. In the interim I called a local competitor came out diagnosed and repaired the A/C. JL because of poor responses lost my business for this repair and some system upgrades ($2000) and all future repairs. When I originally hired them a few years ago they were a smaller business. With the heat this weekend, we were beyond grateful for their quick response and professional service. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue fast, and had everything cooling again in no time.
