They were out to see us the morning after we called! The tech, Tyler, was courteous, answered all my questions, explained everything he did and was very respectful of the shrubbery and plants around the outside unit! We couldn’t be happier with the service.
Problem with the AC. Someone came out to look at it, ended up being the owner. He came inside looked at the inside unit took a filter out and said that should fix the problem and left. Didn’t even look at the outside unit. He was there 5 mins max. Didn’t even turn on the AC to make sure that fixed the problem. Just left. We turned it on afterwards to make sure it worked and of course it didn’t! The outside unit was blowing cold air. He would have known that if he checked.
