Jacob was extremely quick to respond and was able to track down the watch I wanted in hours. I messaged JL Luxury on instagram and within 24 hours I had purchased a Rolex from them! Jacob is the best!! I messaged him that I needed to sell my Rolex when I was in a pinch and he responded immediately, had it sold in just a few days AND was transparent throughout the entire process.
