Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I reached out to this business to get an appraisal on my Rolex (model 116264), which is in good condition but does not include the original box or papers. My initial phone calls went to voicemail multiple times, which I took as a sign they might be busy. Later, I received a text instructing me to communicate via text, so I followed up with photos of the watch and clearly stated that it did not include box or papers. If you need someone that’s reliable or something sourced this is your man perfect communication along with great customer service. I showed up last minute to his office on valentines after he just left with no appointment scheduled and he still turned around to show me some timepieces great guy with a secure location & beautiful watches definitely will be back for another.
