Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I reached out to this business to get an appraisal on my Rolex (model 116264), which is in good condition but does not include the original box or papers. My initial phone calls went to voicemail multiple times, which I took as a sign they might be busy. Later, I received a text instructing me to communicate via text, so I followed up with photos of the watch and clearly stated that it did not include box or papers. Jacob was extremely quick to respond and was able to track down the watch I wanted in hours. I messaged JL Luxury on instagram and within 24 hours I had purchased a Rolex from them!
