I will inspect your home as though it is MY home. Very thorough and detailed reports with photos for easy clarification. Home, mold, radon and thermal imaging inspections. I will not perform more than 2 inspections per day. One inspection icluding the time to wite the report takes approximately 5 hours. If an inspector is doing 3 inspections, then you are not getting a good inspection

Jim was very thorough in his inspection and report. He took his time and made sure that we understood everything that was going into the report and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone that’s trying to buy in this crazy market.
