These people are just raking in the money they could care less about their tenants. Shame on you.
This place is infested with drug dealers Tweakers the outside is deteriorating black mold the manager doesn’t care I don’t live there but am A provider for someone that lives there that if something doesn’t happen soon I will report this business clean up your apartment complex keep it safe for people who live there get rid of your manager find one that cares and get rid of the drug dealers and their clientele for god sakes this is ridiculous
Trash is over flowing in every bin. Poop trash container all over the ground. Old dirty mattresses by trash bin.
Since JL Gray took over, our apartment complex and grounds have deteriorated. It"s embarasing. Maintenance man doesn"t know how to fix anything.
They decide what tenants they like and act accordingly o have been attacked by other residents more than once and they took the only manager that cared Away and put one that’s scared of the bullies in charge and she does whatever they say I’ve had to have my anti depressants increased 5 times in last year from the stress
