I was thinking, "How can a flower shop have so many one star reviews?" Old condescending lady in back office is the reason. Would never do any business here.
Lynn and all the staff are amazing! I am so happy that I can count on them, the team behind the scenes to make floral requests come to life! Being 14 hours away, they are my eyes, and I appreciate the extra effort to get us what we need.
Owner is just rude, I feel bad for her employees. NEVER do business here.
Spoke to a woman over the phone who was extremely rude and ignorant. Not helpful at all and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Very surprised as I saw such great reviews and was excited to call and order floral arrangements for my event.
