Helpful staff.
I visited this shop early this morning to buy&research available wholesale flowers on April ahead of my wedding diy plan next year. I was surprised by range of available shades and staffs were friendly. They let us take enough time to explore coolers and gave just right amount of information: Location of each cooler, price of bin, the "discounted shelves" ;). Rude and Condescending staff.
I was thinking, "How can a flower shop have so many one star reviews?" Old condescending lady in back office is the reason. Would never do any business here.
Lynn and all the staff are amazing! I am so happy that I can count on them, the team behind the scenes to make floral requests come to life! Being 14 hours away, they are my eyes, and I appreciate the extra effort to get us what we need.
