I asked JL Contractor Services for a quote to install a power vent in the roof of my Georgian home. Jack convinced us that it would probably not solve the problem we intended to address and cause a new problem. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. If I live here long enough to need a new roof, I will definitely contact Jack.
JL Contracting just completed tuckpointing of our home--the work was thorough, neat and beautifully done. We have used Jack and his crew for many projects over twenty years and they ALWAYS deliver excellent work at a fair price!
Jack has done a great job with my home. We contacted him originally because we had leaking through our roof and siding. He fixed that issue and several others through the years. He did work on my gutters, built a shed door and hunted down other issues.
Five stars for excellent service and professionalism. JL Contractors handled our building’s balconies and roofing with great attention to detail. Beyond the craftsmanship, their communication was top-tier, especially when they responded back for work under warranty. As an engineer who deals with contractors daily, it’s rare to find a contractor this diligent and transparent. Highly recommended.
