Absolutely amazing experience. They were so helpful in getting me into a new truck. VERY reasonable with trade-in. They stayed after hours trying to help me figure out which option was the best for me, while also not forcing a vehicle on me. This is the second time I have purchased from them and I will be coming back again! Thank you Jason and your wonderful crew at J&L Auto Sales!
Nice selection of vehicles but communication was terrible. I am several hours away and inquired about a vehicle listed online. A day later they texted, I sent back requested information. Some time passes, I get another response, I respond immediately with requested information and never received anything following that. This is why the big box dealerships end up stomping the smaller dealers unfortunately, they are determined to make a sale and can communicate with ease.
A great local business with a strong reputation. The owner is always respectful, honest, and supportive of the community. Wishing J&L Auto Sales continued success. If you’re looking for a dealership, they’re definitely worth checking out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jason and Lindsey were awesome to work with and made the buying process simply and painless. They have definitely earned our business and would recommend them to anyone!!
