This place has great prices and great help! Lacee the lady that runs the office is great at making sure to call me when tires come in and getting me set up with an appointment that works for me! The customer service is beyond amazing! Definitely a place to get your tire needs fixed
Best prices in town with very friendly service! Well worth the drive from Pullman. They took great care to keep my new wheels scratch free and had a fantastic price on a set of tires for it! I will definitely recommend J&J to anyone!
This was my second time going there figured I'd better write a review. Great place, great prices, nice people! They did the job well and they were pretty quick. Always check the PSI on my tires because I've had tire shops leave my tires a completely wrong PSI before. They had my PSI absolutely perfect. I was pretty impressed. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everybody!
Wouldn’t recommend. my husband and I are doing payments on a car from them, was bought with issues that we weren’t told about and so we wanted it to get fixed. Car has been sitting for a month and we’re just now being told we have to take it somewhere else because they won’t fix it. edit: it was 6 months ago that i bought this vehicle and i’ve contacted this dealership about the oil and coolant issues since the very beginning. my husband has every right to be upset about the situation and the professionalism of this company ... read more
