Having a problem with my unit attempted to contact Enzo couldn't get through to him spoke with Juan he said he would have Enzo call me back then I call back because nobody called me somebody answers the phone Spanish accent acts like he doesn't know who I'm calling says I got the wrong number I asked him if this is j&l and he says yes it is they get their money and then they don't care was quoted $11,000 they charged me $12,000 very unprofessional not to call back in warranty their work
I would appreciate y'all contacting Service Finance Company LLC to pay your past due balance and update your address so I stop receiving your bills in OKLAHOMA. Thanks!
This is not a professional company, beware of their guarantees. Their installations are faulty and incomplete. We’ve had to call two separate techs come check out our a/c unit and both agree that the insulation was done incorrectly. The damage to my home is going to cost me money. This place is not to be trusted.
