12/18/2023 -Very unorganized. Went to one JKS location on broadway ave in Bedford Ohio, they sent me to another location And wasted my day by not knowing how to fix my vehicle and then tried to charge all this money for an alternator install. I could have done it but I was tired because I work nights. So I had to tow car out of shop or get ripped off.. Do not go there. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!
