They came in and installed the windows when it was a good day and time for me. They cleaned up after themselves. My house is less dusty and I love to look out the clear windows. I hated putting blinds on the windows because they look so beautiful. Brian & Stephanie
Have been trying to get them to finish a job I payed for over a year ago and they usually either hang up on me or just lie and say they'll do something and then never do it.

We just had our windows replaced by JKR Windows and found them to honest and easy to deal with. Compared with our old windows the new ones are excellent. We can already feel the difference in how the windows insulate better than the old. The installers , Damon , Dylan and their helpers were skilled and friendly. From the presentation to installation, these guys were fantastic. No issues, just a great price on fantastic windows. The process was easy, the installers left no mess at all, and the windows look amazing. The functionality of the windows makes cleaning easy and gives total flexibility. Great people, great windows.
Our experience with JKR was a joke. I can say that the window quality seems alright, I do still feel a lot of heat in the summer. But I guess what do you expect when it's hot out. The wait to get our windows installed was about 8 weeks. They said they would call us to update us on a time and date when it got closer... well they never did.
