I rented a very nice townhome for 3 years with this company and it was a challenge to say the least. The responses from Ashley for maintenance was consistently unprofessional, they will delay by not responding to drag out the maintenance request, or they will send one of their maintenance people to come out knowing they don't have the expertise to repair it just to delay for the owner not to have to pay for qualified repair people to fix it.
