This husband and team wife never cease to bring heart to their "job" he is great at what he does, he will reference out an area of law he might not work in. If you want a lawyer that will support, defend you, and care about you he is it! I literally don't have enough good things to say how about Jim and a job that he does. We used him several years ago and he did such a good job. Jim did everything timely and processionally and went above and beyond helping me when I needed it the most I can’t imagine anyone else being my lawyer
Don’t let these bad reviews fool you! Jim is awesome. He is caring and reassuring. I was referred to him by a different lawyer and I am so happy I have chosen him. He’s always there when I have legal questions. He has put in all the effort so that I can relax and be as stress free from the situation as I can. When I call he responds very quickly. I was setting in his office when I came across these reviews. I just about grabbed my dad and ran out of the office. My dad said we should listen to what he has to say and decide for ourselves. Im very glad that we stayed. Jim was very professional and he explained everything to me and my 82 year old dad so we both could understand the courts process. He didn't rush us in and out. I agree with the previous comment. Very poor communication skills. Very willing to demand payment with very little work on the case. This guy made it very clear he was working a more important case ( I'm guessing it just paid more than the $1500 he charged for doing nothing). I get it lawyers have busy schedules, but if your not gonna put any effort or pride in your work or dont have the time to do so then turn the case down. You're not the only lawyer in this area and by your reviews you're definitely not the most competent... read more
