Dr. Shin is the first specialist I've seen who actually showed a desire to help me, even if there are no clear answers at the moment. She gave me plenty of opportunities to ask any questions I had, explained everything well and I feel like she does truly care. I left my appointment feeling like she really heard and understands me, and I appreciate that she will continue to work with me if my symptoms progress.
