If I could leave no stars I would! First all costs were not included up front, annoying but not the worst part. Second I paid $672.03 for my converter that was suppose to arrive three weeks ago which was delivered to somebody else house ( have showed proof to seller)and the seller is the only person who can open a claim according to UPS.
