Worked for this company as a real estate agent. They commit extremely unethical and shady practices. Absolutely unprofessional. The broker, Patrice Muya, is currently being written up by the Virginia of Department and Occupational Regulation. Stay away from this broker.
I should have paid attention to the other review of Patrice Muya but instead gave him the benefit of the doubt. I am listing a house FSBO in a neighborhood where homes sell very quickly. Patrice called last night, well after 9pm to ask if he could show my house the next day. Even though he didn't give us the 24hrs notice listed on our MLS paperwork, we agreed.
