I had to contact J&K after hours for a water heater issue. They walked me though how to shut it off until a plumber could come on Monday. Kelley was very helpful and assured me she would have a plumber to my apartment Monday....which did happen and replaced my water heater. I have been renting from J&K for 7 years now and would recommend them for anyone searching for a rental.
UPDATE: I’ve rented through JK Property for almost 2 years. To say the least I will NEVER ever rent through them again. While moving out we continue to deal with lack of transparency, careless staff, and greediness. JK property employees only care about money. The way they operate is below bare minimum and they will continue to take take take take. You will save so much money and won’t have to deal with employees that act stuck up if you take your business elsewhere.
Rent somewhere else. There’s so many fees that we had gotten blindsided by, and the overall experience dealing with the staff was diabolically bad usually. Seriously save your money and go somewhere where you are not treated and looked at as their own personal piggie bank.
The place was nice and clean and the people were great. Riley had excellent communication throughout the whole process and really helped us with all questions we had.
The whole group that I had talked to I remember Riley and I want to say two others but the communication that they have through the process is amazing. I’m hey always helped me when I had questions ect.
