One of the worst property management companies I’ve come across
Ruining great falls one rental at a time
My sister and I previously rented an apartment through this company and had a wonderful experience, which is why we chose to rent one of their houses. Unfortunately, our experience with the house was completely different. We dealt with repeated maintenance issues throughout our tenancy. When we moved in, the AC didn’t work. We were twice told it had simply frozen and needed to reset before maintenance finally determined the evaporator coil needed to be replaced, leaving us without air conditioning for about a month. Do not rent from JK they rent out moldy units and then get mad if you point it out. They will discrimate and play games. Extremely unprofessional. Jerica was a pain to deal with.
