Do not rent from JK they rent out moldy units and then get mad if you point it out. They will discrimate and play games. Extremely unprofessional. Jerica was a pain to deal with.
If you’re smart you will avoid renting from these crooks. They will force you to move if one complaint from a neighbor without warning and then they will nickel and dime every bit they can out of your deposit and even charge you rent that they keep out of your deposit for days after you move out and no longer live there. Complete thieves, really a shady company to deal with.
The staff was really helpful finding me a place to call home. The follow-up was great as well, making sure I was informed every step of the way and that I was pleased with the property. I recommend JK Property Management for your rental needs.
JK property was very good to me, anytime I had a problem they sent someone out to help. One night my electricity went out and I was on the phone at 1:00 am in the morning with the owner. She was amazing and helped me to get through the night. Military obligations is taking me from the Great Falls area and so I ended my lease with JK. They did my walk through and I was able to get 100% back. Thank you for every you have all done for me and a big thank you to Steven with a "V" who was always very kind and helpful 😀
