They towed our vehicle, and despite our pleas to void the tow fee based on what we understood to be the rules for parking here they refused and were incredibly demeaning and rude to us. Their spots are not marked and where our vehicle was towed from we thought was a valid area to park. We will be leaving at the end of our lease and do not recommend that anyone looking for a place use them. Typical grimy slum lords. Also the stairs to our apartment are rotting and uneven beyond belief.
It is so sad how unkind and uncaring the people are with this company I have never been treated so bad by anyone before. They are more worried about the money then doing the right thing.
I’ve had such a great experience with JK Management! The entire team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about their tenants and property owners. A special shout-out to Jerrica!! she goes above and beyond to make every interaction smooth and stress-free. Her organization, quick communication, and genuine professionalism make working with her an absolute pleasure. It’s clear that JK Management sets a high standard for integrity and excellent service. Highly recommend!
I had to contact J&K after hours for a water heater issue. They walked me though how to shut it off until a plumber could come on Monday. Kelley was very helpful and assured me she would have a plumber to my apartment Monday....which did happen and replaced my water heater. I have been renting from J&K for 7 years now and would recommend them for anyone searching for a rental.
