Not a very well run business. They agreed to perform a service but neglected to get it done and were unresponsive to our calls and emails. Their apparent "storefront" looked vacant or no longer operating.
I had a great experience with J&K PowerVac. The inspector came out to look at our fireplace and was incredibly honest and professional. After checking everything thoroughly, he let me know the chimney didn’t need cleaning and was safe to use. He even took the time to show me how to properly operate the fireplace and damper.
