Don’t go if you think you’ll earn loyalty in return. First and only time I had an issue, they disregarded me and made me overpay for services after an agreed price. I spoke to the owners son and he simply didn’t care. Worst customer service after 3 years of loyalty and positive feedback. Don’t treat people like trash! Find somewhere you are valued!
Was looking for a nail shop near me stopped here. Worst decision my nails were super thick and poorly done I asked if they could file them down they couldn’t understand what I was asking. The shellac was sloppy all on my cuticles and she simply said wash your hands I should’t have to scrub polish off my cuticles. Overall poor service.
Nikki is my absolute favorite!!! I’ve come in here asking for some crazzzzyyy designs and she always goes above and beyond my expectations!
Did sloppy job on painting my toes. Got infection in nail. Tech wasn’t friendly at all.
