I used to love this place. Today, I was treated like less than, because I was getting my color changed and shellac, without a manicure or a pedicure. The nail tech made me bleed because she was rushing to move on to the next customer. She asked what nail shape I wanted then proceeded to do a different nail shape than the one I requested. Needless to say, I am so incredibly disappointed in J & K nails. Worst $40 I have ever spent in my life. I believe that my nail technician’s name was Tammy, but I am not sure.
Love love coming to this relaxing and amazing nails salon. Love thr environment the great customer service. It's super relaxing 😌
