I decided to try this place because it was recommended by a neighbor and I had heard great things. I chose pedicure #3 out of the four options, which is one of the more expensive ones. The wait time was short (about 5–10 minutes), and the salon itself was clean with a nice atmosphere. However, the service felt rushed... I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I used to love this place. Today, I was treated like less than, because I was getting my color changed and shellac, without a manicure or a pedicure. The nail tech made me bleed because she was rushing to move on to the next customer. She asked what nail shape I wanted then proceeded to do a different nail shape than the one I requested. Needless to say, I am so incredibly disappointed in J & K nails. Worst $40 I have ever spent in my life. I believe that my nail technician’s name was Tammy, but I am not sure.
