The interior seems modern and trendy, but they do not use sanitized tools, nor honest at all. I was scared and paid whatever they asked for to get out... On my 3rd visit, I had a very uncomfortable, traumatic gel nail x experience with "ANA"--if that is her real name. I am also Asian, and understand that they're English is not the greatest. However, Ana kept on literally yelling at me. Updated review. Made appointment for pedicure and biogel. Nail tech name was Vee for both services. To start pedicure add ons are repeated more than once even after politely declining, I noticed a quick change in attitude when no upgrades were selected. Also I politely request for toe nails not to be cut and filed only. Due to having a cracked nail and tech decided to continue with cutting nails 🫤 Pedicure color was applied nicely but unfortunately pedicure felt rushed and short with little effort. I’ve been coming to J&K Nails Bar for a few years now, ever since I moved to Chatsworth, and they’ve consistently done an amazing job on my pedicures. The quality is always great, the salon is very clean, and the experience is comfortable every time. I usually see Christine or Tracy, and they’re both so sweet and always do a wonderful job. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!!
I had such a delightful experience at my nail appointment. The salon was very clean very bright, well lit, and they had very relaxing music playing. I really enjoyed both of my services. I got a job manicure and gel pedicure. I’ll definitely be returning for my future services!
My first time coming here and it was a wonderful experience!! Em was my technician and she was so kind and intentional about my pedicure. Everything was so relaxing and sanitary. I’m so happy with my experience. Thank you Em!
