The owners are very loud and disrespectful of customer's physical needs. For example, having severe arthritis I was unable to turn my foot just the way he requested. He was rude and incompassionate, as well as the co-owner. She set my purse where I couldn't reach it. I had my feet in water and asked her to reach it for me, she to said get it myself, which would have required my having to walk across a slippery tile floor. I would never recommend this to anyone
Reasonably priced, quality work!
James was so rude to me my entire experience here. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to sit there and get yelled at, talked down to, and made to feel uncomfortable. A waste of $130 to leave with crooked nails.
If you're looking for a nail place, J&K is it! My daughter had acrylic nails done at a spa in the DR and they started to come off after 1 week. What a waste! So I heard about J&K. They did such a great job taking the nails off while not destroying her natural nails and maling them look good. She has gymnastics nationals coming up so we needed something neutral and clean. They went above and beyond. I am so pleased with the results. Cannot wait to get my nails done there soon!
