Definitely went down hill. Very rough and rush everything!! Very upset as I am a regular there for many many years.
Was gifted a spa pedicure, Minnie did a fabulous job!!
The tech I had was very detailed and focused and attentive to the details both in listening to what I was looking for as well as the hand design and work. Vert happy w results as well as treatment.
