On Monday morning March 31, 2025 we found that our hot water heater was leaking! We contacted Jk Mechanical and within an hour their plumbers Chris M.and Steve arrived at our home. They said our water heater could not be repaired. They priced a new one. JK had a new heater in stock. Within several hours a new one was installed.Chris and Steve were very professional and did a good job.We have been customers of JK Mechanical for almost 30yrs. We will continue to be customers!
The mechanic was professional, personable, answered all my questions, had helpful suggestions, and did systems check on our heating and air conditioning. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name! He was here at 219 Wendover Way at 11:00 on April 10. He was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
