Purchased generator in Feb 2023. Unit failed twice when power outages occurred. Asked for a new generator. Did not want old one repaired. JKM replaced unit and replaced the 10 yr warranty I purchased. I thought this was fair treatment and am now satisfied with JK Mech. They stood behind their product.
