Called to have generator replaced, sales tech didn't advise that I would be required to have a new electrical panel installed to meet requirements of generator replacement. Site manager said required to have new generator put in to meet code. New quote added $5,000 to original price. Not impressed, but they were able to negotiate a new price and said they would do for 1,500. The techs that installed the equipment were very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable. They are what made this experience more pleasant.
Technician was great. They were very timely. Price was too high.
Technician provided excellent service. Was very customer friendly and knowledgeable about the inspection process and repair process as required. Will recommend to friends and family for future services.
I had Chris from JK Mechanical come out yesterday to service my cascaded Navien tankless water heaters. I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues for the past few years since they were installed, and finally decided to call JK Mechanical after seeing their trucks around for years and knowing they have a solid reputation.
