Why the employees so rude in this office??? I know everybody are busy. But it doesn’t mean you can’t talk even for 1 minutes.
Bldg is not maintained, floors are dirty and halls need painting. Windows in lobby are filthy. Tenants are storing personal items in the hallways, bikes, strollers, packages. Lobby filled with packages although we have a package room. Outside repairs go on for years.
Juan Camilo is very professional, he knows what he is doing, I was very satisfied with his advice.
The older lady that handles the phones is incredibly rude. I went in to simply ask a question about my rent, and she starts yelling at me while I'm asking questions. She seems really miserable. And she shouldn't work with people if she's going to have that kind of an attitude towards clients.
Very mean ,not respectful , nasty people work in this management. Apartments very old and dirty , no service. All the cocroach and mice in the dirty apartments collected
