Worst experience ever. Didn't call me back the first 4 times that I left messages. Unprofessional when I met him, and he didn't care about the job whatsoever and was there only to collect my $750. He counted our house as a 2 story 2,635 square foot house despite the house very clearly stated as 3 story 3,368 square foot house. Every comp that he used, didn't have the same view as our house, and was in a less desirable location. He even refused to use any comps to the South which would be more desirable.
