We used JK Exteriors for a new roof and siding after a severe hail storm last year (2024) and our experience was very different than our experience in 2021. I am particularly disappointed in the workmanship of the new siding installation. We had a long list of issues during the siding and since have literally had pieces of the new siding fall off our house after the crew left.. I would not use or recommend them any longer. This company took advantage of a senior Army vet friend of mine. He took a $4000 deposit from this person in MARCH 2025 and has not replied to any phone calls or texts since receiving this check. He cashed the check and has done nothing to work on this Army vets house. Taking advantage of a senior citizen is heinous, let alone an Army veteran. Im disgusted and disappointed that someone would conduct business this way. 0/10. What a shame.
*** Stay away from this business**** The owner has lied in text messages multiple times! Cashed my deposit in April 2025. Has not completed contract does not inspect Jobs after he hired subcontractors which contradicts his website. His office is a call center (Red Flag) a lot of these reviews are out of state reviews probably family. Im giving one Star and warning people to stay away from this company.
