Just like so many others on here. Took our deposit in July, cashed the check immediately, quoted us two to three weeks to complete our roof, then vanished. Everything done via text and responses were few and far between and full of excuses. If you are here because you are researching roofers and someone recommended JK Exteriors, I recommend sorting these reviews by “newest” and making your decision based on those reviews. I had them come out and give me a quote that I accepted after that they never returned my calls. Stay away from these people.
If there were a zero stars option, I would select that. Had a contract with JK Exteriors in May 2024 as of March 2026....22 months later.....he has still not completed all of the work in my house. He did the roof and then asked additional deposits to order the siding and kept blowing me off and then when I said I need a start date or a refund, he was not professional and refused a refund. I am out $7,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
