Jan. 2025, was recently was awarded by a St. Louis County Judge a judgment for over 40K against JK Exteriors LLC and Jake Kaestner for taking our deposit of over 20K and not doing the work. After over 6 months they had not even ordered the material and lied that they had from about 3 weeks on and even said is was in when it wasnt ordered.
JK was fast friendly and cost effective. I highly recommend. The installer was friendly professional and quick. If I need any exterior work in The future JK will be the first call I make. I can’t stress enough how easy they were to work with. Especially for a novice like me that is not “handy”. Would give more stars if I could.
Doesn’t pay his sub crews. Gives out fraud checks
We’ve used JK Exteriors twice in the span of 5 years (once to replace a roof at our old house, and now to replace a roof at our current house). I cannot speak better about them! Communication was great, if I had questions they were answered immediately, and the team was quick to get the roof installed. Highly highly recommend!
I can't rate on the quality of work, but their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Future customers, beware. I have since moved on to find a company that wants the work, but beware if you're considering this company they will make false promises to you and will only follow-up if you contact them over and over again. Who has time for that? And, I'm sure someone may respond from the company with some fake apology and what not, but future customers beware.
