This company has been giving my parents the run around for the last 6 months. They show up with a fancy drone and promise the world…. And that’s when the fairy tale ends. This company took their $11,000 deposit months ago, barely return text messages, won’t return phone calls, and keep promising material will be delivered. Enlisted JK to replace roof after hail damage from severe storms. In August, JK cashed by deposit of $7700 and since has not done any work. All communication is done through text message which is spotty at best. Do your research and go with a different company. The company is taking deposits and not conducting any work. I have requested a refund on my deposit so I can have another company to do the work however I keep getting the run around.
We used JK Exteriors for a new roof and siding after a severe hail storm last year (2024) and our experience was very different than our experience in 2021. I am particularly disappointed in the workmanship of the new siding installation. We had a long list of issues during the siding and since have literally had pieces of the new siding fall off our house after the crew left.. I would not use or recommend them any longer.
