DO NOT DO BUSINESS with J&K Electric located in Cedar Hill, they have unethical business practices!! We have 5 exterior flood lights around our Assisted Living Home in Duncanville, (please note it is a one story home.) All 5 lights had blown out. Thinking I just needed to change out the bulbs, I removed one of the 5 flood light fixtures (took me less than 5 minutes to remove)... examing it, I discovered it did not use bulbs, but a circuit board.
