Just read the review by Karissa. Spot on Karissa! He is quick to come so he can collect his $$ but if you have an issue, you may as well forget it. He WILL NOT respond to messages or he says he's coming back to look at the mess he made and never shows. We had to pay another contractor to fix it. Would never recommend!!!
BEWARE! J K Construction is uninsured!!!!! J K construction started off fine. Jeff was quick to come out and accept a $5000.00 deposit. The total bill would be $8,000.00 which I thought was amazing. He seemed great and eager to help. The original roof went well and Jeff was paid in full ($14,000) through the weatherization program in October. We had our roof replaced on our home and JK construction did a great job and addressed all our concerns. Would highly recommend them!
Extremely professional and completed job in a very timely manner. Also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and up to his workmanship standards. I highly highly recommend this company.
I am not one for leaving negative reviews because I feel that when people make mistakes that should have the opportunity to redeem themselves and fix their mistakes. We have given Jk consultants many opportunities to due so and because that never happened I want to leave an appropriate "star" for my experience.
