Purchased Villa pre-construction allowing me to relay my expectations of details and finished. I always knew what was next for selection and benchmarked my selection to allowances. No surprises!! This was my third new construction and JK Companies made it the easiest and most pleasant.

He steps into the owners' shoes and shepherds the entire process through from start to finish, covering every detail, large and small.
