Purchased Villa pre-construction allowing me to relay my expectations of details and finished. I always knew what was next for selection and benchmarked my selection to allowances. No surprises!! This was my third new construction and JK Companies made it the easiest and most pleasant.
Jason is absolutely the best general contractor we have ever worked with. He steps into the owners' shoes and shepherds the entire process through from start to finish, covering every detail, large and small. I just had a few random questions on a potential bulid. The receptionist was super nice and answered everything she possibly could from my brief experience with her I would recommend them.
Constructed screened porch and deck. Deliver completed project as promised. I would us JK Companies for any future construction projects.
