Working with JK Closing was an experience in circular communication. Instead of handling issues directly, they repeatedly deferred basic responsibilities back to the listing agent — who was in no position to manage them. On multiple occasions, they forgot what had already been discussed and agreed to with our attorney, only to send emails hours later repeating the same points as if they were new revelations.
