Really bad closing.
I’m trying to figure out how this place has the rating they have. They have NO INTENTION on “helping you” if you are the buyer. If you are going to use these people for a real estate transaction. BUYER BEWARE! Review your contract and ensure EVERYTHING you discussed is how it WILL BE when you put the pen to paper. They talk a great game!! They are great at passing the buck! They will lock your money up and you’ll have no recourse to fix anything after you sign.
As a Realtor with 19 years of experience, I can honestly say this has been one of the most frustrating closing experiences I have ever encountered. This company made a serious mistake by incorrectly paying the property taxes for my seller at closing. Seven months later, the issue is still unresolved, and my seller has not been reimbursed for the money that was taken in error. 2 stars because the transaction was eventually completed successfully, but there are several areas where this company could improve. First, communication was a major issue. They rarely return phone calls. Even though we explicitly used 'reply all' on email threads to keep everyone in the loop, some of our critical questions unfortunately went completely unanswered.
