I took my vehicle to JK Chevrolet in Nederland ***** for an oil change. While waiting the service manager informed me that during removal of the drain bolt. The oil pan drain plug broke off, and i would need to replace oil pan. They quoted me a price of $1236.02. Service manager stated that previous oil change location more than likely stripped drain plug. I asked the service manager could the technician drill a hole in the s**** to remove it. He said no.
