JJS Palomo's Steel, Inc. became an official partnership on June 1, 1992. The founders, Juan M. Palomo, Jay G. Palomo, and Saul Palomo had worked together at Steel Exchange for a number of years. While Juan, Jay and Saul enjoyed success in management, sales and service, they saw the need of establishing their own company with the idea of personal and attentive service. Hence, the idea of "personal attentive service" was developed.
